Colorado Moms Tour: Susan Payne of Safe2Tell on What’s Happening in Colorado Schools
At the Moms Fight Back Colorado Moms Tour stop in Centennial Susan Payne of Safe2Tell Colorado gives us a unique perspective into the numbers of reports from Colorado Schools in the month of March 2016.
Highest incident reports were for bullying – other reports included drugs and alcohol, sexual assault, self-harm, harassment, suicide threats, child abuse, anger issues, sexting, weapons and explosives, school attack threats, domestic and dating violence… the list is long.
75% of all reports to Safe2Tell come through the anonymous online portal either via cell phones or computers. She also touches on what parents need to be aware of and how to have the tough conversations about these issues with our kids.
We have numerous Colorado Moms Tour dates coming up – check out the Moms Tour page here on our website to find a tour stop near you!
