The Colorado Heart Gallery

The Colorado Heart Gallery is a project to help Colorado’s children find families; all the children featured live in Colorado and are waiting for an adoptive family to call their own. Can you help?  This project is a collaborative effort among volunteer photographers, Colorado Department of Human Services, and the nonprofit organizations The Adoption Exchange and Adopt Colorado Kids.
